• Application form (online application preferred)
• Application fee: CDN$90 for Canadian citizens and permanent residents, CDN$150 for international applicants (see the Faculty of Graduate Studies website for exemptions)

If submitting a paper application, it is recommended to include the Confirmation Card to ensure the acknowledgement of receipt of the application form and fees.

• A copy of the application form (electronic version preferred)
• Copies of any additional application documents (e.g. an application questionnaire) specifically required by the department of applicant’s choice

• Two official academic transcripts
• Three confidential reference letters mailed directly from the referees
• GRE score, if required by the department of applicant’s choice (check departmental requirements here)

International applicants from non-English speaking countries must additionally send:

• Two official academic transcripts in the original language, mailed directly from the issuing institution
• Two certified English translations of the transcript
• Original TOEFL score (check departmental requirements here)
