Route: started from Falls Lake parking area up the pipeline swath, turning left to a marked trail to Zoa ridge and peak, descended the peak down the meadows on the south side and around to the vicinity of a small pond SW of peak, bushwhacked down steep slopes from there to the bottom of valley west of the lake, continued through the boulder fields on the south side of the lake, thrashing through a few sections of dense bush and open forest to reach and cross Fallslake Creek, finally down the trail back to parking lot
Trail/Marking: no obvious marking up the pipeline swath, flagged trail from there to Zoa peak, bushwhack from there on
Elevation Gain: ~650 m
Total Distance: ~12 km
Ascent Time: ~3 h
Total Time: ~10 h
Weather: sunny and warm, pleasant breeze
Snow: none
Equipment: hiking poles used to the summit, gloves and long pants useful beyond

Other Comments: at the start, ignore the lake trail and head up the pipeline swath to the north instead; for a nice view to Thar, Nak, and Yak follow a short side trail to the south just before the main peak of Zoa; the best route to continue down the ridge past the peak is to traverse down the meadows south and then west of Zoa
